Manufactured from ‘scrap’ polyurethane foam that is granulated and bonded together to form a highly versatile and cost-effective foam solution, it is available in 6LB firm or 8LB extra firm grades. Ideal for a wide range of packaging applications, from simple plain cut foam pads to complex die cut product housings, Kayfoam can produce bespoke tooling to meet your requirements.
Chip foam is also suitable for contract seating, stools, gymnastic mats, and other padding applications.
